We require a 10% of the weeks rental as a deposit to secure your booking a formal receipt will be sent to you as confirmation
The remaining balance is due for payment six weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
Along with our receipt we will forward two sets of keys (no waiting around for an agent to arrive) and an information pack giving details of the apartment and how to find us along with other useful notes about Vaujany and its facilities.
You will be able to access the apartment on the day of your arrival from 14.00 hrs. It may be possible for an earlier time but this will need to be arranged in advance. We request that you vacate the apartment at 10.00hrs on your departure.
We would emphasise that our prices are complete without any additional charges including electricity, all bed linen, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay.
Payments can be in Pound or Euro by bank transfer or cheque if you prefer.
Possible flexibility on Sat / Sun by arrangement.
